My journey into childcare began with simply showing up for children. I started babysitting at eight and officially began working as a nanny at fifteen. Over the last 18 years, I have cared for children through many stages of development, with the last decade focused primarily on newborn and infant care.
Supporting families through sleepless nights, first smiles, new routines, and uncertain moments taught me something important: families are not simply looking for childcare. They are looking for someone they can trust.
